- Get on the scale. Write down your weight, or come in and see us in person on Monday and we’ll get your measurements before or after one of the bootcamp sessions. You can e-mail this to firstname.lastname@example.org

Substitutions: If you need to substitute, use common sense. For example, if you don’t like cottage cheese, use greek yogurt instead. If you don’t eat meat, use a combination of veggie protein shakes, nut butters (such as almond butter), eggs, or fish, or lentils, or tofu, just use your best judgement! If you don’t like a certain veggie, such as bell peppers, then switch it for celery or cucumber. Just do your best and you’ll do great!
