STEP 4) GET YOURSELF WEIGHED-IN AND PLUG IN YOUR MEASUREMENTS AND BEFORE PHOTO!!
4a) Local to North County San Diego? Drop in to Way Of Life Boot Camp in Oceanside, Ca on Sunday, the day before the detox begins from 10am to 12pm for your measurements to be taken by our coaches! 4040 Calle Platino, Suite 109, Oceanside, Ca 92056.
4b) NOT local to San Diego area? No problem! Just go to this link and input your weight, measurements, and before photo! After you register, we’ll send you a link to a “FITCLIENTS” account where you’ll be able to enter all your weigh-in info! For best results, measure yourself on day 1 (Monday) OR the day before the challenge begins (Sunday). Get your weight (subtract 2 lbs for clothes and shoes OR 1 pound for shoes), use a tape measure (most important sites are chest, waist at bellybutton, and widest part of hips). And take your body fat %, we recommend the Omron handheld body fat analyzer which you can purchase on Amazon.com or you can ask a local trainer. Then take a “before” photo in a well lit area, if you’re a guy, no shirt is best, and for women, tight and bright clothes OR short-shorts and a sports bra is best.
